Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) to be held Tuesdays, January 21st-February 25, 2020 from 1:30 to 4 pm at the Zahn Marion Twp. Branch Library. DSMP is a diabetes self-management program that has been shown to be successful in helping participants take control of their disease and reduce the risk of complications. Pre-registration required!!
