National Library Week

National Library Week is April 23-29th.  A time to celebrate our nation’s libraries, library workers’ contributions and promote library use and support.  The theme for National Library Week 2023 is “There’s More to the Story”, illustrationg the fact that in addition to the books in library collections, available in a variety of formats, libraries offer so much more.  Join the Marion Twp. Branch Library as we celebrate National Library Week with the following activities:  Monday, April 24th – Patron Appreciation Day — Stop by the library on this day for a special treat.  All week long — enter our library week giveaway by emailing us (to marion@mercerlibary.org) a “selfie” of you and one of your favorite books.  We will post your “selfie” on our Facebook page and then you are enterd to win a $10 gift certificate to Maria Stein Dairy Station.  “Duck” into our library for a scavenger hunt and get a small prize.  All kids can stop in during National Library Week and pick up a library goody bag (while supplies last).
