Home Bound Services are available to individuals in their homes or in nursing home facilities. If you are home bound or have a relative or friend who has a hard time getting out, the Mercer County District Library offers home bound services. One of our staff will deliver materials tailored to the patron’s interests on a regular basis. Large Print books and audiobooks are very popular with our home bound patrons
This service provides many hours of diversion for home bound patrons; as well as, an enjoyable personal visit with a member of the library staff. Call the library and ask for Jean Shaw or Connie Gray to arrange a visit.

The State Library of Ohio provides players as well as tapes, cds, and mp3 audiobooks on a variety of subjects and reading preferences. The entire program is free of charge.
